On Feb. 16 The Doginton Post released a report titled "The Four-legged Scandal No One Is Talking About" that details the flaws in the service dog system and how it is commonly taken advantage of. People are purchasing service dog vests and collars and strapping them on their house pets so they can bring them anywhere they want.
